Gale does not follow my party...

I'm in Act 3, I left Gale at camp to group with Jaheira to talk with Nine-Fingers Keene. After talking with nine-fingers keene I left Jaheira at camp and asked Gale to join my party however he does not follow me. I tried to ungroup and then regroup but he just stands there. If i use gale to move the other members of my party follow but as soon as I switch and try to move with another character Gale stands still.

Is this a bug ?

Hard to say. What is your personal relationship with Gale? What does it show on his Character Sheet?

He's not following anybody.

He is not carrying to much weight is he? The game has been transferring bags of items around until the latest patch.

Very strange. Have you tried taking everyone back to camp, putting everyone out of the party, Long Resting, then bringing them all back in?

Long shot, but might work.

yes I tried :( i also tried to kill him and revivify him, nothing ...

Does he say anything interesting when you converse with him?

Is he at the point where he wants to proceed with his quest line hunting some NPC?

only option : give tadpole, wait at camp or leave.

Its very weird, the problem started when I switched him for Jaheira ....

I don't understand this:

Are you saying he is asking for a Tadpole?

I don't want to spoil anything XD but these are pretty much the option when talking to any character ... There are no special dialogue with Gale.

Interesting. I don't see that. Shadowheart and LZ won't even consider using one.

Might try giving him one just to see. If it does nothing, can restore and get it back.

Alternatively, let him lead the party? *Laughs* Beats me. Sounds like he wants to be #1 for some reason.
