Harold crossbow wont trigger its passive.

When you deal damage to a target with a ranged weapon, it must succeed a Charisma Saving Throw or be Baned for 2 turns.

I tested it and it wont trigger.

is the combat log shows enemy succeed saving throws or not? If not then it's bugged

It works fine for me. Maybe you are bugged or the enemy simply made their save.

Can confirm it is currently broken and in combat log won't even trigger enemy saving throw
