Quest name for Iron Throne

So what quest leads to the iron throne? Free Duke Ravengard? Or save the Gondians?
How do I trigger it?

Maybe you know also how can I trigger these quests? Do I just have to go to the docks, where the entrance is for the iron throne to trigger the quest? Or is there I person I have to talk to, who gives me the quest?

The Ravenguard one I think triggers from Wyll's quest, after you talk to Mizora. For the other one, you have to sneak into the place where they make the robots, go in the room to the left and talk to the blind gnome there. There's also another quest that sends you there if you talk to the fish women, near the robot factory where Volo is. Barcus also tells you to talk to the Gondians, if you saved him..
