Resurrecting Lump's band of ogres
I befriended this Lump the Enlightened ogre guy and got the horn to summon him and his band.

Did so for some hard battle and the enemies killed him and another one, only one survived. Can I resurrect them? Got his headband now but I feel bad for them.

Try it. Very unlikely, though, as they are allies and not companions. The only character I've seen that work on is Karlach, who you can res if you kill her before recruiting her.
