BG3 on Linux - what are the best launch options?

I have sink a few hours already into this game and I am enjoying it a lot.
I run in on Linux Mint and was wondering how to best take advantage of my Radeon RX 6700XT. For the compatibility layer, I am using ProtonGE8.16 (most recent at the time of writing this post).
Are there any launch options I can take advantage of to improve the performance?
