Where is Balthazar’s brother flesh golem after Balthazar’s death?

I killed Balthazar at the place where Nightsong was trapped. But his brother flesh golem wasn’t there. I went back to Balthazar’s office and his brother’s not there either. I’ve never used the bell. Did he just disappear after Balthazar’s death? Anybody knows where he is? Thank you.

I guess he rotting somewhere without Balthazar's magic. He really never appear after this.
On a second playthrough I killed Balthazar and the Flesh when we met in dungeon. Not much to loot from him anyway.
