Like a hammer that deals bludgeoning and radiant damage might count as two.
For Astarion dealing 30 dmg my first guess would be it's somehow related to Sneak Attack.
Also sometimes when hitting with the paladin radiant attack from minthara, I saw 3 dmg but 1+1+1 :
-1 Psy damage
-1 Radiant damage
-1 Physical damage
It was doing this for all turns on lazael, she was dealing 1+1 (1 slashing + 1psy)
So it seems either the mechanic is a bit broken (sometimes it counts more than 1 on a random basis) or maybe because she was affected by some status ?
I was only applying "frightened" if I recall properly
You can deal sneak attack damage even if you're not hiding.
Perhaps the primary way of doing so is by having the same target engaged by a different party member / ally...
Here i'm trying to dig into the unstoppable mechanic to get how it works ^^
I took some screenshots, here is the first main attack miss :

Then it asked for a far realms crit and I triggered it

Then on last picture you can see "5" + "6" output of the main attack, while unstoppable goes down to 9 (text output on the right) :

Any thoughts on this ? It wasn't sneak attack then
My only thought is I can barely see a thing out of those pictures on my phone.
So who knows.
Yeah haha, I'm just gonna place a bet on the fact it's a random bug, because I produce more "1" "1" "1" than higher values so...
