Ethel's contact in Baldur's Gate "M"
Spoiler. If you haven't completed the Auntie Ethel related story arc in Act 1 and in Act 3 you may want to skip this.

In Early Access and still now you can find several letters exchanged between Ethel and "M", a contact of Ethel's in Baldur's Gate. Some are on the terrass of her Teahouse, the others in her secret underground laboratory.
One such exchange in the letter even is about Mayrina.
Now if you look at how the story enfolds it makes no sense, since Ethel seems to be operating from Baldur's Gate herself under the name "Captain Grizzly". So what or who is "M", the "sister" she habe been writing letter to and to, from what the letters tell you, sent her her victims.
My guess it is a story arc that they abandonned or changed, which I am a litte sorry, because I was looking forward to it. While it's fun to have reckoning with Ethel (don't miss out the other quest with Vanra either), I have been wondering who "M" might have been.
I thought it could be that strange old elven Lady "Maude", who is a little weird and sells flowers at the graveyard, that would kind of fit a place where a hag might hang out to meet desperate or sad people. But it would make sense with regards to Mayrina's dead husband.
Does anyone else have ideas on this or leads, or have I missed something obvious?

yeah act 3 felt unfinished, act1 great act 2 good less polished/options but good and act 3 ..ok with alot of stories left untied or rushed.

It's probably her hag sister. Imo at the cave we reunite with Ethel we were supposed to meet that "M" (or maybe even both), but they didn't expand on/cut that content.

Sadly, hag content is cut from act 3 for now.
