Do not install the latest AMD driver (23.9.3)

Baldur's Gate popped up a warning in the launcher that said my GPU had a new Driver update, which I kinda just shrugged at and installed the new driver.

Though there's currently a wide spread issue with it, causing Youtube/animated gifs/games to freeze up your entire computer for a few seconds. Rolling back to an old driver fixes this issue but yeah.

Whenever you are in such a situation do not forget to use Display Driver Uninstaller to prevent more issues in the future.
