Secret achievement help. Spoilers I guess...
I’m currently trying to get the ‘leave no one behind’ achievement and I am confused about what I am supposed to do with Rolan once he gets to Sorcerous Sundries. If I fight Lorroakan, Rolan gets involved and I am forced to kill him. If he dies does this remove the ability to get the achievement award?

Should I avoid the final parts of the Find the Nightsong quest altogether and not bother seeing Lorroakan about it?

I am also simultaneously trying to get the 'Hot Date' award so I don't want to upset Karlach by turning over Aylin.

I also don’t want to waste hours of gameplay just to find out at the end I failed to get the achievement.

Any advice would be welcome. Thanks.

Just use hold person on Rolan and use a hasted martial character to 1 round Lorroakan.

On my game Roland joined me against Lorroakan and he ended up taking over Sorcerous Sundries and offering his aid for the final battle

Interesting. This didn't happen the first time I played through. Maybe I was too keen to start a fight. I guess I will see what happens when I go back there. Thanks.

In my playthrough, Rolan took my side because I saved his friends and him in act 2. If he gets hostile to you in the tower it means you botched something fierce in act 2. IF you got Cal and Lia alive and well and yet got Rolan hostile on you then you probably got a bug.

There's a guide online about this specific achiev and it tells you what to do to get it.

Yeah, I didn't save all the Teiflings on my previous playthrough. That's probably what it was. Thanks.
