Are there any characters that are explicitly straight?
I don't mean that they're in a normal relationship and therefore not gay, I mean specifically is there a single character in this game that says "no thanks on the gay sex, I'm straight"?

Is there even a single one?

Within the origin characters? No. People call it "playersexual".
They can be anything you want.

The Strange Ox is explicitly non sexual.

Arabella's parents are clearly straight.

No, they are all fully bi-sexual. This is to provide everybody with three romance options each out of six main companions. That would not be possible if any of the companions were either fully straight or gay.

not Bi, Player sexual. they just want the player....they don't care if your male or female, so long as youre the player. lol

Actually, pansexual would be more accurate, since there's nothing preventing the player from being transgender.
Shadowheart also hits on Karlach a few times, and Wyll on Shadowheart and Lae'zel, so they aren't interested in just the player character

youre right they do flirt, but from my understanding, the only time anything actually happens between those characters is if the PLAYER is actually PLAYING that character from the start....otherwise its just harmless flirting....hence my Player-sexual statement....but yes if they were(the characters not the Voice actors) real, Pansexual is probably the best description you could give them.

i mean, several traditional families are within the game, so yes by default?

It's called Player sexual. Devs just make all the romance options bi so that players can romance them no matter what gender they choose for their character. It has nothing to do with a LGBT agenda
Yeah, all the companions want the player regardless of their sex. It's a shame we don't really have any party members who have no interest in you like we did in games such as Dragon Age: Origins. Well, maybe Withers and Scratch.

There's some straight relationships outside of the companions, though.

In BG2 almost all characters were heterosexual. It was normal for that time. I also dont think its ♥♥♥♥\bisexuality agenda in case of bg3. They did this playersexual trick to appeal a wider audience because game were meant to be played both in countries where homosexuality is the norm and in countries where its not.
Just like fanservice thing in anime - materials that is risqué or sexual in nature and added mainly for appealing to the audience(usually to appeal for male audience). Or fanservice in Kpop when idols do certain things to please their fans like: aegyo, cheesy lines, flirting, showing muscles...
In many old rpgs(and new ones like Genshin) main protagonist is usually silent but still highly attractive to opposite sex npcs just so the player behind could feel special. So this playersexuality is not a new trick and certanly not a part of agenda i believe.

Well, there are background characters who you can assume are and always have been straight such as Kelthric with him being married and never once mentioning anyone else. The same can be said of most characters relations(Father/mother) and I think the Thiefling couple from Act 1 and 2 are straight considering they're in a monogamous relationship and never once hint at being interested in anyone else.

Otherwise any notable character that you can interact with: They're either bi or gay or leaning toward that end of the spectrum in some shape or form.

Of the ten companions maybe half of them are gay/bisexual/lesbian. Of the remaining 5 two of them are established as being straight from the previous games but can't be romanced while Minthara is completely broken and forces four companions to leave your party. Gale was written to be straight and he in no way, shape or form hints at being interested in men. The only time he's construed to be interested in men is if it's the playable character.

Yes, Thorm, and you murder his entire family and then afterwards a lesbian loudly squishes his head and then screams about having gay sex with her girlfriend.
The vast majority of them. Next question.
