In Act 2 when the flying Horrors attack the Inn when they first appear there's a constitution saving throw right before they take mol that I have loaded the save at least 40 times but I can't seem to win is it possible to Win It?

She's in Guild's hideout in Act 3.
Also those saverolls are made by NPCs and Mol fails it until nat 20 roll.

If you mean whether you can prevent Mol from being abducted, then nope.

You are sent to Moonrise to look up for her (with no success) and when you leave you get an udpate on the quest indicating you hope she escaped somehow. When you reach Act 3 you will find her on the guild. She will also comment about this if you ask how she escaped from the tower.

That's exactly what happened. If you break into the House of Hope and raid Raphael's treasury, you can find her contract. If you bring it to her you can recruit her as an ally for the end battles. Just don't tell her you killed her buddy Raphael.

Mol is evil. There's something very interesting going on with that narrative. Specifically how camera work, lighting, and stagecraft can sell an evil character as a good one. It's actually quite brilliant. High art.

That roll save just before they get captured is for the other npc's if they are surprised by the attack or not. It has nothing to do with moll being captured. no changes to the scene in any way really is a pointless roll.
