Report a translation problem
Everything that gets subsequently added will go on the end of what you have placed during this process.
If you change items, change equipment, respec your character, level up etc etc you will have to tidy up the tool bar. If a spell or ability is removed in the process the empty slot will be used by the next new thing and there's not really a lot Larian can do about that.
Everybody should do this because it transforms the experience in terms of QoL. Nobody does 'cos it takes a time/effort to set it up for the first time. Fortunately once you've done it properly the first time it's remarkably little effort to tidy up after changers since you've already got your system locked in your head and you just know "Yeah, this goes here and this goes there" etc without having to think about it.
