The petrified debtors in the house of hope.
Can you unpetrify them? Throwing basilisk oil at them causes them to disintegrate. I am wondering if this is because the game thinks I am hitting them with the potions.

Also I haven't learned stone to flesh yet. Is it even in the game?

I didn't bother unpetrify them - but make sure you throw potion near them not AT them as that counts as thrown damage.

No dear, you can't unpetrify them. It's intentional.

I used my level 5 greater restoration today trying this.
Same result as yours
