Can you romance Karlach from act 2?

I've seen a couple topics about this, and mostly people said that if you are not choosing exact options with her in act 1 you are being blocked out the rest of the game, but I wonder if they changed it since then or someone found an alternative. I found her way after saving the grove and didn't know I could help her cooling her down. Now in act 2 I started paying attention to her and her quest, but not sure if I can still romance her. Upgraded her heart thingy twice and went for the hug. Also maxed out her approval. I wonder if I still have any chance with her either normally or cheat engine wise, or should I choose SH instead.

The game was still trying to get me to shack up with her after the end game. Romances are bugged, so I guess no one can know for sure what's going to apply in your specific playthrough.

Karlach is noteworthy to have postgame decisions regarding her fate, not bugged.
