Depends on the mod.

As they said, depends on the mod. Several of them do disable them. There's a mod to enable them or, if any of your mods require the script extender, that can enable them by default via the mod manager.

There's a mod to enable achievements while using mods.

Generally yes, mods disable the achievements, but you can re-enable them, e.g. using Script Extender via BG3 mod manager.

Yes but has that been updated to reflect the latest patch?
