Cross save PS5 - MAC ?

Hello,
I just got a brand new PS5 for my birthday (lucky me...) and of course I'd like to buy the PS5 version of BG3 (I already own the Mac one...).
So, is anyone able to tell me if the cross-save is working between Mac and PS5 (I red some bad things about it...) ?

I think in the last update or hotfix they accidentally retrograded the Larian Launcher (which now says it is ver 1.0) so this feature of being able to log into a Larian account has mysteriously evaporated on my mac. It is also not letting me launch BG3 without crashing unless I put steam in offline mode and then I can only play save games residing on my computer. Previously, this feature worked like a dream for me.

So I understand that… it worked, but it no more works 🙄
I also noticed that the launcher strangely looks like the EA one… Anyway I will still have the opportunity to play the PS5, with the Mac, through the PS Remote, until the cross save will work

Cross save works fine, I use it every day. But I bought BG3 on GOG. If your problem is that the save doesn't show up on the other device:
- You have to have your Larian account linked to both PS5 and Steam first.
- On PS5, you have to log in to your Larian account. Hit square in main menu, it should say so at the bottom if you're not logged in.
- The game downloads from cloud when it starts, before it goes into Main Menu. So on PS5 for example you have to Close Game, then start it, and on the loading screen it should say it's syncing cloud saves.
- With GOG at least, I have to launch the game from GOG Galaxy for it to login to my Larian account. If I launch it directly, it won't work. I don't know why, but that's how it is. You can tell if you are logged in to your account if you go into game's Options. Under Gameplay, in the section where you can set the maximum number of saves, you should have a checkbox to enable Cross-save. If it's not there then you're not logged in properly.

It works, but it's weird. I don't know why they didn't simply put an option to log into your Larian account and resync saves right in the main menu and be done with it.

I have a problem where I have already linked my PS5 to my Larian account but the Cross Save toggle doesn't appear on my PS5. I tried your suggestion, but no dice. Really annoyed by this.
