Tips for killing the 3 goblin leaders.
I killed the one that tried to poison me, what is the best way to go about the other 2?

Barrelmancy.

i.e. Collect all the firewine / oil / smokepowder barrels on the map. Before turning the Goblin camp hostile, just pile up the barrels like a chain of dominoes around the 3 leaders and connect them together.
THEN lob a grenade at the barrel chain.

Enjoy the fireworks.

Fight the hobgoblin from the rafters, when he climbs up knock him down with your ranged option of choice (I think I used arrows of thunder). He'll take around 60 damage from the fall alone.

With Gur, start the fight from stealth by assassinating one of the devout around her. That should give you a surprise round, which should be enough to kill Gur and about 1/2 of her entourage. The rest is clean up, but keep an eye out for anyone heading for the war drums if the whole camp isn't already hostile to you.

Minthara's a push over. Just keep your distance first round, and make her waste her round casting hold person. Even if she succeeds, all you need to do is break her concentration to get your character their round back. Take out the goblin leaders with her first and then focus her down. If you're careful with your timing and placement, you can aggro the goblins with her without aggroing her. Leaving you four on one with the weakest of the bosses.

Basically yeah, if you're really struggling and want a fun way to nuke them then you're gonna wanna go around the goblin camp and move all the firewine into Dor Ragslin's throne room (careful, going into the room triggers a cutscene with some skill checks to pass to avoid a fight). If you're just having a bit of trouble though and want to know the best way to approach a straight fight with the two of them, I recommend engaging Minthara with your whole party at close range. If you're lucky you won't trigger Ragslin, but even if you do it's not very convenient for him to reach you in that area. Once Minthara is down, climb your party up into the rafters (there's a ladder in Minthara's area but it's covered in shadows) and attack Ragslin from above. He's an absolute menace up close and loves to use Repulsor, so if he tries to join you up top knock him down with a Roaring Thunder or something similar ASAP.

Gut
If you don't break out of your chains someone will wonder by and kill her for you

Easiest way I've found (without cheesing it with 2000 smokepowder barrels :P) is to go for Minthara first, just make sure you can kill or Silence the watcher and destroy the war drum before anyone gets at it. You can nip over the ladder and attend to Halsin from there.

Then go for the priestess and have her take you to her room, where you can have the rest of your party waiting at the gap in the wall near there ready to jump in and slaughter her. That'll bring nearby goblins into the fight, but you can just snipe most of them from since she seals her door. I usually nip down to the temple to unlock the fort fast travel for later then go back and collect Halsin.

Ragzlin next, although he'll be waiting for you after killing Gut (you can't seem to attack either of those without alerting the other, although going for Ragzlin usually alerts everybody so I'd do him last) so it's just a straight up fight. Just keep away from the pit since he's pretty fond of feeding your party members to the spiders :) He seems pretty susceptible to Hold Person so you can usually keep him out of the fight until you deal with his flunkies.

Best way to take care of goblin camp is to just focus all your efforts on the leaders and ignore the rest of the enemies in the room until they are taken care of. For the most part you can get a free hit off for each member of your party by cheesing the " guard didn't like that" interraction and that should get their health down enough to kill them by the time combat actually begins.

For more specific advice:

- For the dwarf free the spiders as a distraction. Then throw everything you have at her from a distance. Don't try and get height advantage on the rafters as she has a pull spell that will instakill you if you fall.

- For the hobgoblin all you need to do is do the "guard cheese" I mentioned as the entire room is easily suprised. You can also use smokepowder. Just make sure to get rid of the spellcaster enemies quickly as they will buff the room up and make it a lot harder to clear.

- For the drow I recommend using potions of invisibility to bypass the scrying eye. Theres a good highground spot on the opposite side of her desk that a ranged user can get advantage with. You could also just bait her by the chasm and shove her in as she doesn't hold any particularly good items unless you are also a drow/rogue.

Shoot the bridge for Midge. Barrelmancy or Summon the Ogres for the last one.

Killed them all three with good positioning. I like to hide on either side of doors and ambush. A couple of times I was able to get the height advantage. The Hag gives me more trouble. I killed her once by pushing her into the hole, but still haven’t beat her any other way. Everything that happens before I get to her wears down my spells and health too much.
