Can't find Minthara in Act 2

All guides say that she is in the prison of Moonlight Towers, but I can't find her there; also the Towers were already being assaulted by the Harpers when I entered (after freeing Nightsong).

Any chance of of meeting her in Act 3 or is she gone?

I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and say since you freed the Nightsong, you will not be able to do it as entering the Shadowfell locks you out of a ton of content you might not have finished. It's a point of no return. Recruiting Minthara might be part of that -- though I can't say that with 100% certainty.

You messed up because you went for moonrise towers too late. You should have gone there before freeing the nightsong, while they are not hostile. And no, no chance of later seeing her as you save her from a grishly fate.

Also saving the tieflings and deep gnomes is done there before freeing the nightsong, which you also lose out on.

If you're assaulting the tower she, along with any other prisoners, and probably dead

just play some more. you will find her

Assuming you sided with her against the evil tieflings in the grove. She is in the towers facing judgemnt in the second room where the throne is. Finish that playthough, and try to romance her on the next one, her romance is still slightly buggy so the latter you do it the better for you.
