Hi guys. I am in the Refectory area near beginning of game I think, and I found a door with no handle/lock. How do I open it? Thoughts and help appreciated :)

You mean at the Hag house? It an illusion just walk past it or wear the mask...

Or do you mean at the blighted Village? Talk to it and use the correct dialog...

If you mean the refectory door in the underground part of the temple, you can only open it from one side...and there is more than one way into the temple !

I fell into the temple from above, didn't enter through a door.

Just explore around a bit. You'll stumble over the answer soon enough.

Hunt around for a different entrance to the temple perhaps ? There are different ways to deal with the Refectory door, even if you're on the wrong side.

General rule nearly all doors are lockpickable except for a very certain few. For some of the few that say "Lockpicking Impossible", such as them having a handle or lever on the other side of the door you can't reach, you can usually use the spell "Knock" and that will unlock the door. For the very, very few that say "Lockpicking Impossible" and the spell Knock says "Invalid Target" that means its sealed with magic and needs something specific to open and that is the only way to open it.
