(ACT 3 spoiler) Raphael quest missing?

Raphael offered a secondary path to me than the emperor did, at first i toned him down and karlach then said once we were out of his range we could just steal from his "house of hopes" what he promised us. Which i absolutly want to do.

but there is no quest coming up for it besides karlach saying so. Is this cut content?

I kinda hoped to travel to the hells (especcially avernus) but then i thought its probably not going to happen when i reached Baldurs Gate. Now im hopeful again if i can unlock that quest? Do i just follow the other quests and explore some more and it will be shown still? Normally if it was a quest it clearly should be in the diary.. im very confused.

There's a place called "the devil's fee" in act3

You absolutely can go there and steal the hammer, not sure what exactly you had to do to open the quest, but you can go to a little infernal shop of horrors to do it in the Lower City.

Be forewarned, there's a tough fight ahead.

Not sure I saw a journal trigger, before Devil's Fee in the Lower city.
You have options once you reach Devils Fee.

You should be able to get quest. I got the quest after talking with him and hearing him out, but refusing him and then I told party members we would steal it. Then got quest to steal item.

Oh so it is in fact a "coming soon" teaser from karlach and isnt a real quest yet. Thanks for clarification yall ^^ I thought i had a really bad bug or messed up some conversation.

As to be expected in this game, as long as there is not another 2 critical misses in one row i think im fine XD otherwise i can play scummy aswell and lower difficulty.

No no, nothing "coming soon" about it, it's in the game.

Did you listen to Raphael's proposal long enough for him to reveal his plan? That may have been the trigger to open the "Steal the Orphic Hammer" quest.

Then just on to Lower City and Devil's Fee.

Yes you can. Further details below. Massive spoilers obviously.

Go to the Devil's Fee. There is a puzzle of sorts you need to figure out and can open a portal to his fortress in Avernus called House of Hope. Note that you do NOT need to pay the shopkeeper for the answer. All the items you need are upstairs and the list and order to place them can be found online. There you can steal the Hammer or Your Contract(if you took his deal) plus some other really nice goodies I would recommend going for. The fight is also amazing. The music... oh the music! They had the voice actor for Raphael sing his own song for it and just WOW. So good.

thats what i meant by "coming soon" not in order of a dlc but to be coming soon when i reach the certain area.
