How to kill the dragon under Baldur's gate
Just go in with a wizard and use gust of wind to send the dragon off into a chasm. Instant dead.

Instantly shove the best sword in the game off a cliff XD

Slow (or Black Hole) also works really well. If he's slowed then his action economy won't allow for him to do his 'summon power' attack
