Disabling Split-Screen

I have not been able to play the game since the latest patch release last week. Everytime I press the X button on my PS controller(I play on Mac)- the game instantly opens split-screen view. If I press the option button it opens the split screen view. Is there a fix for your controller being detected twice by Steam? Can Larian please add an option to just disable split screen?

I was struggling like you to get my Xbox Series X controller to work on my M1 iMAC. I had the split screen issue where the game erroneously detected (2) controller inputs when there was only one. I tried all the fixes like disabling Steam inputs without success.

Today I decided to uncrate the Xbox console and *update* the controller... It worked.

I didn't change any other parameter and was able to successfully create a character and play for hours. If you've been struggling like I have, give this a try! Good luck.

The same bug bro. Too bad they didn't fix it in today's hotfix. No idea how to "update" ps4 controller
