Spear from Aylin?

I loaded that video scene 6 times, where she gives the Spear to Shadowheart between act 2 and 3. But it does not appear in my inventory.

she gives it to shadowheart during the scene, but the spear actually goes into the inventory of the main character. have you checked there? you can open all inventories with Tab just in case and then search by Latest?

It's not in Shadowhearts Inventory. It's in the Inventory of your Main Charakter or whoever startet the conversation.

Yes. I searched for "spear" and sorted latest times. It´s not there. This game is more like work, than playing. It sucks every day in a different way. It´s just 100% bugs, but a whole new dimension of bugs.

I'm having the same time, have reloaded a few times but I don't get the item.
During the initial freeing of Dame Aylin in the shadowfell I had chosen to accept a weapon - it was a 2h glaive or something (maybe sorrow?). Could it be that accepting that weapon bugged the later gift of the spear?

So I found a solution on Redit, reload the save, put Shadowheart in your party, but start the conversation as your main character, otherwise you don't get the Lance! Dumb bug.
