Well i know that content was cut from the game BUT my butler told me ,when i asked if i can spare my lover when i'm ending the world, that Bhaal was always in need of more Bhaalspawns and that "it was already on the way as the drow was quite fertile".

Of course Minthara doesn't react to that, so is that an error or we can assume that she is pregagnanate but we don't really care that much ?

I don't think she's pregonte, I know it was cut ; this is probably a wink-wink nudge-nudge to that content, OR they kept it there, because it doesn't directly say she's preganf, only refers to the fact that she can be
