What weapon should I give to Shadowhard?
Some kind of staff or attack weapon? I have several types of weapons, but I still haven't figured out which is better. So far I'm in Act 1 and a little bit in Act 2.

In Act 1, Rosymorn Monestary, you can get a 1H Mace that has Radiant Damage on it. Very useful in Act 2. Pair that with a good shield and you are good to go.

Then again, why are you hitting things with Shadowheart?

Yeah I always just keep her with some form of mace or morningstar, but she can use spears well, too. But she wants to be using her spells every turn if possible, even if it's just a cantrip, so I wouldn't worry too much about her weapons. Give her a stat stick (weapon that buffs character) and a good shield and you're set.

Give her a torch for all I care. She’s either slinging spells or concentrating on a spell she already cast. I usually keep her in the back with Gale

Stick with the mace and shield.

Shadowheart as a Drow Elf Sorcecer (no Cleric) she uses nothing but cantrips and spells in my party.

This. 99% of attacks directed at her, she dodges.

Depends on what you want to do with her. You can completely change her class, abilities, etc. You can make her a fighter if you want with Withers. You can make her a bard, a rapier based duel wielding duelist, anything you really want.

What did you want to do with her?

Ignis = Shadowflaccid

Jokes aside, respec her to something else than Trickster (or trickery?) Cleric, it's a ♥♥♥♥ class. I personally REALLY love tempest cleric

Well, here's what I recommend:

Early game: She has a 13 STR, 14 DEX, so she's better off with a finesse weapon. Only one she's proficient in is a dagger, so just give her a magic dagger and you're good on this part.

Later on in act 2: There's two weapons that use casting modifier instead of the regular modifier, but if you respec her to the war domain, she can use them without issue. The weapons in question are the Sylvan Scimitar and Infernal Rapier. The Infernal Rapier will also help boost her spell DCs.

Now in act 3: The mace the end boss drops from her personal quest is a great weapon for her. A mace that sets STR to 18 so her lowish combat stats don't matter so much.

Hope this helps!

Or, just respec and her respectable stats...

She is my support, she mainly gives buffs. The main thing is that it gives damage when the magic runs out or, for example, when an enemy comes close to it. I currently have only 3 level 5 characters and until I finish the first act, I will not leave the 1st act. I wanted to take Mintara, I reached her and freed her, but she cannot be pulled out of the second act, I asked here, but no one knows how to do this, although I saw a video of her leaving the second act after being accepted into the team.

Because she can't use the mirror of loss (+2 to an ability), ultimately she'll always be your weakest character regardless of how you respec her.

However, assuming you keep her as a Cleric, there are a few ways you can go with her. The level 4-6 Cleric spells are kind of weak, so you could combine Cleric with Bard, Ranger, Fighter or Monk to give her some more martial prowess while keeping her with at least 3rd level spell slots. If you give her the Magic Initiate:Druid feat (or a Druid level) she can use the Shillelagh cantrip and use a Wisdom powered staff with GWM. That's a nice damage boost while she maintains a buff or Spirit Guardians.

She could also be a candidate for the Gloves of Dexterity or Gauntlets of Hill Giant Strength if you want her to be an archer or melee.

Yeah, good shield - like Ketherics when you get it. As said, she shouldn't be hitting things. Should have Spirit Guardians running and using other spells, or Sacred Flame Cantrip if you're preserving spell slots. Her biggest issue is mobility, shame she doesn't get Haste as well.

I've made mine like this. For tougher fights, she gets screech going on Phalar Aluve, then switches to Blood of Lythander(which reminds me of Gandalfs Staff).

I gave her a decent shield, a decent medium armour, some additional items and she has around 24 AC on level 5. Later on this raised till 28 or so?. Lae'zal currently has around 30ish.
They are both tanking, just Shadowheart uses cantrips(or guardian spirits if need be), whereas Laezal uses melee weapons. My ranger switches between melee and ranged as is needed. The fourth guy is Wyll, Astarion or Karlach. Halsin and Gale are never invinted to the party if possible:)
