A couple act 3 wizard question.
1- is it true that the higher the intelligence stat you have, the more spells you can have prepared at a time?
2- in Act 2 as a reward I got a potion that increased one of my characters strength stat by two permanently is there the same thing for other stats like intelligence or wisdom or is it only for strength? And if they do exist where can I find them?
3- in the Wizard shop in the lower City there's the next step of the quest of the Wizard of waterdeep. Does it have anything to do with the Quest for the nightsong or can I do both without interference? For example steal the book for Gale and then go talk to the wizard?
4- in the Wizard shop that I was talking about in my third question for the quest of the Nightsong I know that you can talk to the Nightsong about the wizard putting a bounty on her and that she essentially just fly off to kill him but what I want to know is if I can go talk to the wizard then go back and talk to the Nightsong and then go back again to the wizard to do the exact same thing as would have happened if I had just talked to the Night song from the beginning but with more information?
5- same shop as question 3 and 4 are there actually other areas that I can possibly loot if I go through the other portals or is it like an insta death thing?

3) If you convince him the Nightsong is already dead, he just lets you wander/loot his vaults.
4) I have no idea, because I just kill him. He deserves it. Then I go loot his vaults.
5) Save first! Then try it and find out what happens.

1) No. EDIT: Misunderstood.
2) There are many permanent buffs in the game. That one does give strength only, but you can google "BG3 Permanent Buffs" if you want to spoiler yourself and have all your decisions relevant to those encounters taken from you.
3) The Nightsong quest continues by going into one of the portals in the shop to the top of the tower. The Wizard of Waterdeep quest continues by going through the door left of the portals. They are separate.
4) I can't follow this. There are a few outcomes to this. You can save scum to see them all if you choose.
5) Just save scum and try.

1-Yes. The number of prepared spells you can have is qual to Intelligence modifier + wizard level, minimum of 1.
This is actually true for all prepared casters. Clerics and Druids also have a number of prepared spells equal to their level + their casting ability.
Spontaneous casters like Bards, Sorcerers and Warlocks, on the other hand, learn and change their spells as they level up. And their number of spells known is usually 1+their class level. They seen to compensate their lack of versatility when compared to prepared casters with more spell-like abilities however,

Unfortunately i am not able to answer the other questions as i haven't made it to act 3 yet.

Okay maybe it has been answered earlier but I just want to make sure that I understand well. does my wisdom affect the number of spell slots I have? I understand for the prepared spell with the intelligence I'm talking really spell slot this time.
