Honestly there is nothing to fear in this game on any difficulty once you know the game. currently doing a jack of all trades run and its still easy to kill things with all the illithid powers being fully unlocked. Ascended Astarion can clear up to the final fight depending on how you build him. Stealth in and kill a couple enemies then run away to reset agro, rinse and repeat. The more i play the more I'm realizing how easy this game is.... just like every other BG title.
