Attacked in the Sewers Question (Act 3 SPOILERS)

In Act 3, in the sewers under the Lower City, I met someone of Bhaal. They noted that I had agreed to Orin's arrangement. They offered me to kill the 3 refugees down there myself.

A bit further in the Sewers, in the Abandoned Cistern, there's another small group of people of Bhaal: Kevo Phogge, Cilarea, and Barnz. But for some reason when I approach, a "conversation" starts with Cilarea telling me that she's glad for the distraction. Then they immediately start attacking me. There was no choice for me to say anything in the conversation.

I don't understand why they don't recognize me as an ally of Orin like the other group did. I even took the other group up on their offer concerning the refugees.
