However, that versatility isn't worth much in my opinion, and I personally absolutely would pick circles with spells that I don't normally have access to, just like you suggest.
Although, out of the ones you listed, I would pick one with Haste, because Haste is such a good spell.
It just means that those spells you pick are always prepared and don't count against the number you can already prepare. You can cast them as normal. So just pick spells you like and are likely to use.
That is my preference as well.
