Fifth Umbral Gem?
Where in this accursed place is the fifth umbral gem? I've completed the 3 trials and killed the orthon, and had four gems. I used two to activate the Reconning altar, but I only have two gems at thelower altar. I've spent much time searching but can't find the fifth one...

The first altar already has one in it. You only use one there. Which should leave you with three for the last altar. Check your inventory and bags. :)

As far as I can remember you only find 4 gems and that's all you need because one of the gems is already placed on the panel that activates the platform. So 1 for the platform and then 3 more for the pedestal that opens the door.
