What do I do with this weird torso
Under the temple in act 3 I found a severed torso with an orange glow in my inventory it looks like the Torso of a clown so I think it has something to do with the circus but I don't actually know what do I do with it?

you collect all the other clown pieces and give them back to the circus people - it's a quest

You missed the circus, there's a quest to find all the parts of Dribbles the dismembered clown. They're hidden all over the place. IIRC, the reward was fairly good (Spellmight gloves, they have kind of a Sharpshooter for spells effect), but not worth the hassle of tracking down all those body parts (7?).

The boss of the circus is a necromancer, and if you havent noticed, they employ a lot of undead. Being dead is only a iminor inconivience.

The bhaalists hacked up dribbles in seven parts. Tip, you can pickpocket the glove reward from Lucretious.

Or you can have the circus turn hostile on you and loot Lucretious for the reward too. That was totally an accident. I swear!
