Psychic Vulnerability
Anybody knows why do I have this vulnerability? I just made a class respec, finished leveling up and I have this debuff without any equipment.

Yeah, that causes vulnerability to psychic damage.

You have the Steeped in Bliss buff, you found the resonance stone which causes the psychic vulnerability condition.

Yeah, you are right. I only has this debuff when I'm near to my stash. If I go away the debuff stops.
