Did larian censore laezel's romance in act 1?

I seem to remember before patch 3 that that scene was in the nude for both laezel and my character. when i made a new playthrough again, laezel had her undies on and my character didn't even bother to take of their clothes. what's up with that?

I've had this scene several times now. Once Lae'zel was nude and my character remained clothed. Once Lae'zel in her underwear (during the time between Patch 3 and Hotfix 9). Most recent time, both nude.

Ultimately it's not that big of a deal, really.

Actually. my bad. it's been awhile since i last got to any sexy time scenes. thankfully i still had a save of that event. and seems like they go nude now. guess i didn't notice the hotfix 9 notes

after one patch its been briefly set to underwear. But with all characters. Not sure what changed it, but couple of days in I had to allow mature content again. And ever since its nudity again.

Be aware that if you agree to fight Lae'zel, that's the end of your romance with Shadowheart. If you want to keep going with Shadowheart, you have to turn down Lae'zel when she wants to fight.
