1) Once all 4 ceremonial weapons are placed in the correct location, a hidden pouch will be revealed and your party will gain the Morninglord's Radiance condition.
2) After you defeated the inquisitor and returned from the Astral Plane. (Otherwise, Laezel may turn hostile.) Go to the statues on the left, turn one of them facing west and the other facing east (sunset and sunrise) to reveal the entrance to Secret Chamber. If the statue is stuck, use a Grease bottle on it or hit it with a blunt weapon.
Seems there is something missing...there is no inquisitor. I always searched in the room with the four blue weapons.
That is what you get for following Fextralife.
I do not want to spoil you, so you just get a hint: you need to explore the whole temple, including the basement
PS: You don't want to miss the store here
I don't want to kill a captain in a stronghold with dozens of enemies that haven't done me any harm.
There is a Githyanki disruptor I cannot open..it needs a special item.
"As you enter the Captain’s Quarters, you’ll realize there’s a passage that’s blocked by mist. To proceed through to the Inquisitor, you’ll need a Gith Shard to open up the passageway. The problem is that the mighty Kith’rak Therezzyn is holding it. There are two ways you can go about this. First, you can kill her and take her possessions. Second, you can use Astarion to sneak behind the captain and nab the Gith Shard."
Ok...this is bad design...why should I kill her? I am not a brute that kills everybody....
And how should I know the captain has the item?!? I thought the puzzle had to be solved in the room with the 4 glowing weapons and the dawnmaster's depictions...
How should I solve this without looking the solution up.
But you won't be getting the Blood of Lathander then.
Or you could try just giving her the artifact and seeing what happens.
I prefer the first companions you meet (Shadowheart, Gale, Astarion). Laezel is unfriendly and aggressive, so I won't take her with me. :)
Actually, I chose to go to Last Light Inn...but then came back because I remembered I hadn't solved the monastery riddle.
It's a stuck situation...either give them the artefact (no!) or kill them...or ignore the quest.
Thanks for your help!
