Any guide or checklist for 100% completion?
Hello BG3 community, I am new to CRPG game and I intend to spend the rest 2 months of this year to learn and play this game. I want a guide or checklist that can help me experience everything that this game has. Does anyone have a guide or checklist like that?

You'd have to do several run throughs, making different decisions for a multitude of characters and events. Your goal is a lofty one. Someone else might be able to answer the 100% completion, but I do know enough to answer it will be arduous. For example, one run through might be to romance Shadowheart and see everything available for her storyline, but doing so can mean choices that prevent you from completing certain events... so, you'd have to run through again and make different decisions. This game is deep and wide in content.

You're not getting everything the game has to offer on a single playthrough. At bare minimum you're going to need two or three, simply because of some early game choices you can make that dramatically change the game. Saving the Grove vs. Killing the Grove, for example. Achievement wise, you're looking at multiple playthroughs as well because some of them are mutually exclusive with one another, not just the ending ones.

Best advice I can give is to take your time, talk to everyone at least once (especially companions), explore blank spots on your map as well as you can, and don't get taken in by the narrative urgency the game tries to force on you. There are exactly four points in the game where you have any sort of time limit to get stuff done, and only one of those doesn't have an on-screen timer for it (Grymforge, can only long-rest or go to camp once). As long as you're aware of act transition zones (Entering the shadowlands from either the mountian pass or the elevator, and entering the pool at the end of the Gauntlet), you can always backtrack to explore more or collect things you've missed.

I've played over 700 hours and completed my first play through to the end yesterday and I ended up with 64% completion. I explored as much of everything as I could making sure I went in every building and talked to everyone.

Probably the only reasonable check list, which I think dnelson135 has done (sorry If i misread that mate), is to use the percentage of achievements.

As others say you would need several play-through's as some achievements exclude others.

I did a roughly 300Hr play through tactician an got 55% achievements. That's with Karlach romance and 'good' ending.

Some achievements are also linked to damage done spell used eg I had a monk and so got a kill someone with fists achievement (or whatever it is actually called). But you could probably do this by using a normal fighter and beating up some random NPC. there are alternative ways to get some achievements.

Unless Larian release a full list of all quests side quests and dialogue choices which change plot/reward then I'd go for achievement as a guide.

This one is pretty cool, fairly low-spoiler, and you can create profiles to track separate playthroughs:

Thanks for still replying to my post after months. In my previous playthrough, I used an interactive map to check for possible items and events, but I still missed a lot of things and messed up some questlines. I may need a checklist like this for my future playthrough, and thanks again for sharing this with me.

If you check the BG3.wiki, it shows all the quests in each Act. Many of them are side quests you don't have to do, but also, if you're a completionist, you might otherwise miss.

Thus, I think, for the completionist, it is also an invaluable resource. There are shops in BG City whose existence I never would have known about or found without the Wiki. Like, did you know there is a merchant in the city that sells only books? A bloody Barnes & Noble, right in the middle of the city. Only found out about it through the Wiki.

If you really want to experience *everything*, then repeat playthroughs are required, as others have already said. There's too much branching based on your choices and party compositions, as well as individual quest resolutions.
