Anyone know what happened to smythin from act 1?

Smythin was a npc that showed up in the goblin camp who would get kicked off the bridge into a spider pit. If he survived the fall, he would die to the spiders afterwards.

In my main playthrough, I wanted to save as many people as I could without killing as much as possible. This npc was always a bit difficult for me to save without killing the goblins and alerting the entire camp at the same time but it was definitely possible to save him with a bit of luck and lots of saving/reloading lol.

The game would also act a bit weird sometimes like if i put one of the goblins near smythin to sleep or attack one of them, the other will kick smythin off the bridge and you cannot stop it while in the narrator says you been caught attacking the goblin. One of my personal hardest npcs to save.

I have mixed feelings now because on one side, it's a bit sad that this npc is gone and new players will not know of smythin's existence like I did. The struggle of trying to keep them alive. On the other hand, it's such a relief not having to save smythin anymore in playthroughs where i want to save everyone xD

It's just a nobody NPC that is meant to die, why try so hard to save him lol. I didn't know he's gone though, maybe it's a bug?

Last PT I had he was still there (and still dying). When did he disappear?

I don't know when but I do new games a lot and when you go there, Smythin is no longer there. You don't see the blood puddle if he fell down either nor the body. Just gone, but good because saving smythin is a pain lol.

Because RP is a powerful drug. Makes most games tenfold better.

Yeah, I didn't see him at all in my new playthrough. I ran there immediately but saw nobody there or dead body
