Noone is interested in knowing what class and race gets most content?
Still, seeing as how this is D&D, I recommend experiencing all of the content through multiple playthroughs - let the dice fall where they may, and don't get caught up on trying to 100% the game with a single character, because to be frank, it's not gonna happen lol
Drow obviously benefit as allies of the goblins and as githyanki in the creche.
You know what... im gonna use cheats to Multiclass into every class at the start of the game, i'll tell you when i find out :|
I made a new list for classes for patch 9, a few things to note:
I searched all the dialog files, it's possible that some dialog options aren't used.
The paladin dialog choices changed completely, it now uses tags for the class and the subclasses instead of using gods like the cleric. The tags for paladin gods still exists, but they aren't used anymore. We don't know if this will change in the full game.
Only a few classes have tags for subclasses.
I listed all existing tags, even if there is no choice for this tag.
Some cleric gods with a tag aren't available in ea, I still added them to the list.
Monk isn't playable in the ea, but there are still 31 choices for the class. I haven't added monk to the list, because for other classes they added more choices, when they made it playable.

Drow has a ton of options, Dragonborn has hardly any. Paladin has a bunch of options, far more than my warlock had.
Currently playing a human, zero racial options so far but I’m early in act 1.
