What is your real life alignment?

So inspired by the other thread that tried to decide what’s the alignment of the companions , I decided to take a personal test to figure what my real life alignment is based on D&D rules.

As expected, I am True Neutral with most of my secondary alignments being a variation of neutral.

With the second quiz I got “Lawful Neutral “ ..

The quiz 2 questions are more real life oriented while the first one is more of a combination between real life and RP.

I gave up on the first link because the questions were too rp-oriented. The second one gave me chaotic good, almost neutral good. I'd call myself chaotic good if asked, although I'd rather be chaotic neutral.

I score heavily in neutral no matter what test I take, with the only variables being chaotic or lawful. I'm never true neutral. The difference between whether I go chaotic or lawful is pretty much dependent on my mood and circumstance, so I'd say that makes me chaotic by nature.

In BG3, I steal constantly but avoid killing good or neutral NPCs. I'll kill evil NPCs without hesitation. I'm not talking about killing in regular combat, but the dialogue occasions where you get a choice between sparing somebody or killing them.

I spared the goblins in Moonrise when I was ordered to kill them, but out of spite, not out of any respect for their lives.

I will attack an enemy with any advantage (ambush, without talking to them first, if I know they're evil, etc) I can get. All of that, again, tells me chaotic neutral is likely my alignment.

I'd think changing what you'd do depending on your mood or circumstances is really more on the lawful side.

Them tests usually put me as lawful good but probably a bit more towards neutral good in reality.

I'd think changing what you'd do depending on your mood or circumstances is really more on the lawful side.

Lawful means you abide 'by the book', whether the rules in said book come from a religious text, a government, or your own code of ethics.

Chaotic means you do whatever you feel like at any given moment.

These distinctions hold regardless of whether you're chaotic or lawful/good or /evil or /neutral.
