Side quests Mod?
is there a mod that lets you do side quests if you completed the campaign to revist what was missed?

No. It's impossible to make mods which adjust the story, quests, or dialogue currently.

The only things mods can do right now is add new content like items/spells/classes/races and change gameplay mechanics.
