Report a translation problem
Outside of the rotating the camera to click the other side of the doorway to pass through.
I've been able to replicate the issue. The issue itself is caused by unloading and reloading sections of bigger levels. It looks like the animation state of the door is rebuilt but not the mouse trace collision state.
I've already submitted a new bug report to Larian showing it in a video as well. Maybe they'll fix it in the next update.
But you don't need to worry about anything here. It's a bit annoying but nothing is broken in your save file. You can also clearly see things aren't broken per se by saving and reloading. it's merely a level-streaming runtime issue from the looks of it. Nothing in our hands either.
