Easter egg/Memorial???

So, I just got to act 3 and, in this graveyard, I seen a Gravestone with 3 biscuits on top of it. I was wondering if Larian ever confirmed this to be an easter egg for john Bain aka total biscuit. I could be over thinking this but if it was its a nice touch.

He was a big advocate for consumer rights and transparency in gaming. He mostly focused on Steam games, but he reviewed a wide variety of things. He was a big influence for a lot of people before he passed.

Thanks for clearing that up for the first poster lol was a great guy that battled cancer and yes, he said some stupid things but that was knowing his death was coming and I give him a pass because I might just lose my faith in life at that moment as well. With that said it could be a reach but games like league of legends and many other have little references to him, so I was just curious, thanks for the responses.
