Are there timed quests in Act 3?

I think I'm about half way through Act 3, but I enjoy doing all the quests in my
my journal. I'm concerned about certain quests like helping K. Voss, or getting the
hammer in order to thwart the devil, or even rescuing the gnomes.
Am I able to do the other quests and take my time, or will one of these ones I
mentioned fail, if take too long doing side quests?

The only one i remember is saving the duke. Maybe the murders too.

The Water Temple quest is time locked. Once you do the deep gnomes questline (or get the second Netherstone), you can still access it, but never finish it.

Thanks for the replies -

1. I have saved the Duke, I took the sub down to where he was held, and freed him and
all the gnomes except one ( she got netted and there was no time to free her ).
I'm at the end of the murder quest now, will be going into the temple and battling
a certain old foe.
2. Is the Water Temple the same one were talking about with the Duke?
3. I don't have a newspaper quest.
