Noblestalk uses Dark Urge run

so my shadowheart has been a bit glitched this Dark Urge playthrough, i couldnt give her the night orchid or really romance her at all
i gave the original noblestalk to the dwarves in the underdark and am now in act 3 where i was able to buy it off of them at the shop. and shadowheart kept saying 'we should talk about this first' when i was trying to get her to eat it, but would have no convo options about it.
i did a test and got my dark urge char to eat it, and BAM repressed memory scene! havent seen anyone else mention this scene so i thought i would put this here so other people could do it if they wanted

I don't think you can give it to her in Act 3, I think that is only possible in Act 1. I believe that is intentional to force you to decide to either give it to the dwarf or help Shadowheart. (or exploit the item dup. glitch and be a dirty exploiter like me that gives it to the dwarves and gives it to Shadowheart.)

About Shadowhearth, you need to give her the first Noblestalk. I gave mine to bailens wife in act 3. Then the next day i went back and bought 3 of them. I wanted to give one to Shadowhearth but she refused. Then i pickpocket bailens wife and there it was the Noblestalk with the orange border. I took it and i was able to give it to Shadowhearth.
