Handbag?
Noticed that after the patch Karlach suddenly had a pouch named 'handbag' full of severed hands..
The heck is up with that?

If you're in Act 3, it's related to the Bhaal temple. I've also had random items show up in my inventory after patch 3.

Ah, strange though I already did all that was going after the final boss

It was the Selunite spear for me. Might have something to do with not getting items because of bugged encounters which are fixed now. There's a lot of them...
