Bug : Astarion Ranger spellcast is free
Maybe there is some hidden feature that i accidentally use but i respeced astarion to be a ranger and took longstrider spell (which grants speed until long rest) and i am able to cast it on everyone free without any spell slots being used...

Is this intended? cos it seems pretty powerful

It's a ritual spell out of combat. Means exactly that no slots are consumed when cast.

Working as intended. Speak with Animals, Long Jump (10 turns or one RL minute), Speak with Dead, also work the same.

Featherfall too, which somewhat makes up for it not being a reaction cast
