Am I blind? Where is the mirror in camp?
I've spent 10 minutes looking for it. No doubt it's probably right in front of me.

The answer is yes, I am blind haha. It's in that entrance area with the archways.

There's too many different camps to answer that. Try going to camp from a different area (undergrond instead of above ground for instance) and look there.

Side note, I thought this was supposed to let you change your appearance...It just shows my character and I can zoom in and turn her around but no customization options. Am I missing something or maybe a mod is messing it up.

It's almost certainly a mod issue, yes. Wait for the mods to be updated.
