I would give it a miss with those specs.

You can play the game if you lock framerate to 30 fps. I have Rx vega 56, I lock framerate to 40.

However you will get bad performance on act 3. Even PS5 cannot get stable 60 FPS on act3

You could probably get a computer from Goodwill with better specs than that for cheap.

As a Patch 2 you can play on low-medium settings, at least first two acts

You should be able to, on low and with most of the other processes checked off.
Game should still look good enough.

The ram will cause a lot of problems, and if you don't have an SSD then it will be even slower.

My friend plays it on 1050ti actually, but he has 16gb RAM.

Optimize and launch it with Nvidia GeForce Experience and it will go perfect. I have the same specs as you mention!

I run it with no issues in ultra 4k with a radeon 6700xt and 16gb
