An entity that provides "favors" that almost always and invariably lead to benefit to said entity at the expense of and profit from those they make bargains with. And when either those bargains are thwarted, will find ways to punish or otherwise enter into new agreements for more benefits.
That doesnt describe lawyers really though as a whole. That describes business/corporations more so.
