Bracers of Defence bug

I'm currently playing Druid/Barbarian multiclass and I noticed one critical (in my point of view) bug. It's about Bracers of Defence. When I use my wild shape turning a bear it doesn't work and it's okay since bear has natural armor which does not stack with Bracers as far as I remember. But when I turn into human form again, +2 AC from Bracers are gone. It can be returned, however, by putting Bracers into inventory and then putting on character again. LARIAN, PLS FIX IT (Also fix the fact that you can't turn into a wild shape by action in circle of the Moon (Because you CAN use bonus action to turn into a wild shape, but don't have to) and give me the possibility to activate rage while I'm in a wild shape ty).

you will further end up noticing that NONE of your gear functions to give stat bonuses when you xform back to a human after going beast mode.

it's a well known bug. you have to re-quip any gear that gives you numeric bonuses after xforming back.

gear that gives a skill or an ability is fine, you just need to swap out gear that gives numeric bonuses, like AC, or bonuses to casting DC, etc.

IIRC, there was a similar bug in DOS2 before they finally fixed it. And it appeared in several other games I can recall that were totally unrelated. weird how it becomes common to coding these kinds of games.

If this is a 'well-known bug' I hope it was placed in the Suggestions and Feedback forum, where the Devs can actually see it.

It's true. been playing a druid for weeks now. always have to re-equip any gear that alters stats.

So annotate it in the Suggestions and Feedback Forum, so the Devs can see it and put it on their list, otherwise it won't be addressed, as they do not bother with the General Discussions Forum.

And also I know that additional damage from rage does not stack with wild shape. I'm tired of seeing +0 in the log.

+1 yes i have sent them a bug report for this one a long time ago.
But i begin to believe that it was intended. Like some kind of "Larians" feature.

Actually, they do.
They have responded to comments in the Technical and Suggestions and Feedback Forums multiple times in EA and now in release. Please do not disseminate misinformation.

then you post it there. I have literally zero faith that these forums actually contribute to their searches for bugs. especially one as common as this one, that I am absolutely sure has already been reported a thousand times or more. it is just very low priority to fix right now.
